Throughout my life and career, I’ve seen how we all get stuck—trapped in old patterns of thinking that once worked but no longer serve us. It’s human nature. Our mental models shape how we see the world, but they can also limit what we think is possible. We can’t see the box we’re stuck in because, like fish in water, we’re too close to it.

For years, I’ve been passionate about helping leaders break free from these limitations. I’ve had the privilege of working with Fortune 100 executives and founders worldwide, guiding them to uncover blind spots, challenge assumptions, and shift their perspective.
